I never did get a call back and am now out a rather expensive charger for one of our devices.
I called again on Tuesday to follow up and was asked several details about our stay and the items we forgot in the room and was again told that they would follow up and call back. I was told somebody would get back to me. I called when we got home a few hours later because one of the cables plugged into the charger is rather expensive. We forgot a charger plugged into the lamp outlet in our room when we checked out on a Sunday. The room and hotel itself were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very average but it was the most convenient breakfast option for us. The hotel itself was fine: comfy bed and a clean room. We picked this hotel due to proximity to our family we were in town to visit.
